Hiring a remote employee or freelancer? You’re legally required to verify their identity in person—and fast. We serve as your authorized representative, meet with the employee at our private, professional space inside the Cherry Hill Mall, and complete Section 2 of the I-9 form accurately and on time.

No HR team? No problem. We guide the employee through what they need to bring, confirm everything is correct, and return a clean, compliant form to you. No mistakes. No stress.

We offer appointments at our private, professional office inside the Cherry Hill Mall—easy parking, flexible hours, and no waiting in line. The following services are available in-office: general notarization (up to 2 documents/signatures included), I-9 employment verification (office-only), loan signing appointments (if you prefer a neutral location), secure document scanning and digital delivery, and workflow consultations for solopreneurs. All in-office services are by appointment only.

We bring the notary to you. Our mobile services are ideal for clients who need flexibility due to mobility, caregiving, scheduling, or health needs. We’ll meet you at your home, workplace, hospital room, or anywhere else that works. Mobile services include: general notarization (travel included), loan signing agent services, and secure document scanning (as an add-on). A $25 deposit is required to reserve mobile appointments, and pricing includes up to 2 documents for 1 signer. Additional signers or documents may be quoted in advance.

We provide secure, remote services you can access from anywhere in the U.S. Online services are conducted through encrypted platforms and follow all state and federal requirements. Our online offerings include: remote online notarizations (RON), business workflow consulting, and optional digital delivery of scanned documents from in-person sessions. Online services require a $25 deposit and must be booked in advance. We'll walk you through every step.

No, you do not need to be in New Jersey. We can notarize your documents remotely as long as _we_ are physically located in New Jersey during the notarization. You can be located anywhere in the world, provided the following conditions are met: the documents must pertain to U.S. affairs (e.g., real estate, legal, or financial matters within the United States), the country you are in must not prohibit the type of notarization or document execution you are requesting, and you must have a valid form of ID and meet the technical requirements for remote notarization (e.g., video and audio capability).

Not at this time. All services—whether in-office, mobile, or remote—must be booked in advance. This allows us to give each client the time and focus they deserve.

No problem. We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. For mobile appointments, your deposit is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments like Venmo and Cashapp. Payment is due at your appointment unless otherwise noted.
